Trana eCommerce is committed to reducing the problems of Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE) otherwise known as ‘Spam’.

To protect subscribers our system only allows verified opt-in subscriptions, and ensures they can opt-out quickly, easily and permanently from any communication they receive, be it email or SMS.

What is Spam?

  • Any unsolicited unexpected email or SMS.
  • Any communications sent to a subscriber regarding a subject they did not requested to be kept informed about.
  • Any communication sent from a different organisation to the one they originally subscribed to; we don't believe that consent is transferable between organisations.

Opting out

Online Connector automatically adds an unsubscribe link to the bottom of every email sent by our client companies which allows the subscriber to easily opt out of that particular list or the whole of the lists operated by that company.

Text STOP to 61211 to unsubscribe from all text messages from all Online Connector client companies.

Reporting Spam

If you have received a communication from one of our client companies and are unsure of why you have received it please forward the email, or contents of the text message, to abuse@onlineconnector.co.uk.
